Please note that payment of all conference registration fees must be settled in full prior to attending the conference, otherwise admission may not be granted. Delegates whose fees have not been received by the start of the conference will be required to pay on-site or provide credit card details as guarantee.
All registration details, including payment details, will be sent via a secure server.
Payment can be made by:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Our online credit card payments are protected by 3D Secure Protocol. A transaction using a 3D security will redirect to the website of the card issuing bank to authorise the transaction. Each issuer could use any kind of authentication method, but typically a password based system is used.
Bank transfer. The delegate's name and conference code (C2002) must be quoted on the draft. The relevant International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC) must also be quoted on the draft. Please add £10 to the total on the draft to cover charges levied by the bank.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable by all delegates whether from UK, Mainland Europe or overseas. The current rate is 20%.
Repayments of VAT to Overseas Traders
If you are in business and visit the UK in the course of that business, you may be entitled to a refund of the VAT you incurred; for example on event expenses as well as accommodation, business entertaining, meals and transport. Cancellations made between up to and including 20 February 2020 will be refunded 80% of the registration fee (20% charged for administration). Cancellations made from 21 February 2020 onward will be liable for payment of the full registration fee. Cancellations can only be made in writing (email) to Angie Hamilton (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitute can be sent. Substitutions can only be made in writing (email) to email@example.com Non members attending in place of Members will be charged the difference in fee.
Cancellation of Conference
In the unlikely event that IOM Communications must cancel the event, we will be unable to cover any loss of travel costs and you are advised to insure against this.
Code of Conduct
IOM3 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or parental status, age, disability, race, religion or physical appearance. We will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, ableist or other exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for this conference. Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time of booking your conference registration, accommodation and travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. It is recommended that the policy should include cover for losses caused by your cancellation of your participation, for example loss of registration fees, accommodation fees and travel fares. You should also cover for medical expenses and loss or damage to your personal property.
IOM Communications Ltd cannot undertake any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance cover.
The Organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the programme, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
